Jeff spent his first four years in the auto industry going around to his Grandfather's Ford dealership in southwestern Ontario. He has been selling Fords at the same dealership. Jeff was awarded "Rookie of the Year" at his first dealership in Sudbury, ON before moving with his wife and 2 children to Dartmouth in 2018.

After starting out as a Sales Consultant, he steadily moved his way up to MacPhee Ford's Commercial Fleet Manager. His motto is "If you can't find the vehicle you are looking for, he will find it for you."
